Exchanges and Returns

Would you like to exchange or return a product?

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days of receiving the return shipment.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Fill in the return form
Would you like to return an order? Send an email to info@pootjesplezier.nl. You will then receive a return form that you can easily download and fill in.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the form.

Make sure you provide the package with a track & trace code.

As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment and the associated costs. This helps us avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Refund of the purchase amount to your account
Once we have received the package in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
